and his staff Blake and Phillip took care of the
maintenance on our 2008 Tiffin Allegro Bus. They took great
care of our Aqua Hot, Onan Gen, and Spartan Chassis. They
explained the work completed and what they saw as potential
problems that may need to be taken care of in future.
Helen, Billy’s wife, also had great recommendations for
food in the area. We had planned at least two days to get
everything done but they were able to knock it out in one.
We came in the night before and they encouraged us to stay
even though they had finished our work. They had full
hookups. We were able to visit Lake Martin, Uncle T’s
Oyster Bar for an excellent shrimp po’boy, and Best Stop
for boudin.

Thibodeux's Premiere RV in Scott LA.

If you are in southwest Louisiana and need help
with your rig, he is the guy to go to. They are off
exit 97 on I-10 and are trained, among other
things, on the Tiffin Powerglide chassis.
A couple of years ago, he pulled out the nevercold
from our 2008 Phaeton (on the Spartan Chassis)
and put in a fridge we bought from Best Buy.
We then hit the road full time and started traveling.
Today, he saved my bacon, by brazing the dip stick
tube on my Allison Transmission, which had
developed a hairline crack near the transmission
case. Unfortunately, the folks at Spartan no longer
make the part and they sold off the excess a
couple of years ago. The legacy parts supplier was
out of the part (that tells me that it fails on a
regular basis) so I was stuck with figuring out an
alternative.

For a very acceptable cost, The owner, Billy, took
care of me with less than 2 business days notice.
While they work on many different rigs, this week
seemed to be Tiffin week. He had a Zephyr that
was being picked up by the customer today after a
repair and a couple of other Phaetons they were
working on.
My sense is that he is one of the trusted repair
shops that the folks at Tiffin send business to.
They also support Safe-t-plus, Blue Ox, and Air
Force One.

Service Performed: Onan generator failed. They had to remove the generator from the coach
and tear it down to repair it.

I would not hesitate to go back to them for repairs in the future and I recommend Billy Thibodeaux's Premiere RV to anyone.

something on your RV fixed? Give these people a
call. Then drive it, tow it, push it or pull it to
Billy Thibodeaux's Premiere RV. These people KNOW
what they are doing. No "guessing" but rather years
of experience and the ability to actually
troubleshoot to a diagnosis and then FIX IT. You'll
only find experienced, honest, no baloney, good
people running this shop! Go elsewhere at your own

Service Performed: Residential refrigerator installed here last April had
a rhythmic metal sounding vibration while driving the motorhome. Also had a 5 ft. window awning to be installed.

Evaluation of Service Performed: Billy rode in the motorhome and quickly determined the refrigerator compressor was bouncing on the bottom of the refrigerator causing the noise. He put shims underneath the refrigerator wheels to lift them. We are full-time and both our trips to the shop, we have appreciated their focus to get us in and out quickly. When the refrigerator was replaced we had been without a refrigerator about 3 weeks. They took us in immediately, quickly got us out and saved us money.

Service Performed: Professionalism at its best. Billy is truly a technician finding problems fast and making repairs without cutting corners. I would not trust my RV with any other shop. Sop is always clean and service is preformed on time. Be sure to contact Helen prior to arrival because the shop is a little hard to find. Helen and Billy with their small staff are a rarity in the RV industry offering great service and a professional attitude.

Evaluation of Service Performed: Replaced leveler hoses and repaired a sticking slide. They have in the past replace a toilet, installed Genstart and many services.
